In order to make purchases from our online shopping you need to create an online account by filling a form online, in order to process your Order.


Once you have chosen an item; click on the image to enlarge the product page to have the clear description of the product which meets your requirements.


Confirm the product of your choice before you click on the “Add to Basket” button.


You can at anytime add or remove products by clicking on the “Shopping Basket”.


When you are ready proceed to the “Checkout” and follow the simple payment instructions.


We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.


We will confirm your order by return email day after your order(s) is placed. Keep the Order reference number till you receive the product(s). If your order has not been delivered within the allotted timescale then please email us on sales@raraslondon.com giving your reference number.

 All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

You may access your account details on our website by using your password and account user login and amend any information at any time. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating your personal details. When ordering the products from our on line store, it is necessary to provide all relevant details which are only temporarily held by us to enable us to process your order.

We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email and if you receive an email claiming to be from raraslondon.com asking you to do so then please ignore it and do not respond.


We use a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, thus protecting your order information and personal details. The information provided is encrypted by the most recent technology protecting your data sent between your computer and ours. Always look for your security connection which will show an icon of a closed lock at the bottom of your page, this ensures you on our secure connection server. We will send you an email message during the processing of your order. In case there is any problem with the order, we will notify you from the personal data provided by phone, e-email or fax. Raras Silk Tie online store is located in United Kingdom and any differences are subject to the courts of England and Wales and United Kingdom data protection laws. Our commitment to protect your privacy is our priority.




If you wish to return the product it must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund or exchange and deduct any monies if items are incomplete or packaging is damaged. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us excluding postage and packaging. However if product is genuinely faulty then you must inform us immediately by email or calling us the same day. Proper receipt of posting is required for any returned item. If the delivery is lost in the post, we will not be liable for this.

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days from the receipt of item, for a full refund or replacement, as long as they are in their original packaging and condition stated above.




Actual product colors may vary from those displayed. Due to the nature of the handmade silk neck ties, color variations may occur. This is out of our control and is not due to any defect.




We aim to process your orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our standard delivery takes 2- 5 days; if it takes longer we will inform you either by phone or email.
Your order will be sent in plain packaging, however please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown on the envelope and a signature will be required as it is recorded delivery.


Royal Mail Postage and packing costs are as follows:

The Shipping costs for bulkier products may cost more to send to international destinations.  We will contact you via email should the shipping cost be more than the estimated amount.

Orders delivered to addresses outside the EU will not include Value Added Tax (VAT) on the cost of the products purchased. Customers may have to pay local import duty once the package arrives. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot be responsible for them.

All deliveries will be made according to the Royal Mail’s standard procedures; we will send your order to you Recorded Delivery meaning that your delivery will be with you within 2-5 days. We will be not liable for late deliveries due to the Royal Mail Service. However packages not signed for may be taken back to a local Royal Mail depot for collection and you will have to make your own arrangements for collection.



Orders are accpted with the understanding that stock is available.  In some cases, limited availablity may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested, but we will do our best to fufil your complete order.  In the event that we anticipate a delay with your order we will inform you by email



We can also arrange next day special delivery for urgent orders for £4.95 extra.


An Express Delivery service is available for £8.95. This Express service is favorable for remote areas. Also off shore can be arranged by emailing us sales@raraslondon.com

For orders received before midday we shall try to expedite on the same day. Orders received on weekends or Bank Holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
